For the most part Deida is parroting what others tell you for free. He dresses everything in a spiritual fashion, which does not add the slightest benefit to it.His spiritual influence makes it hard to keep on reading the whole book and makes it easy to overlook or distrust the useful information he gives you.
It takes time to dive into the concepts David explains. And the time is well worth it. This book is both for woman and men because it's all about balancing male and female energies.
